No power at least 4 times, once all night no air conditioning. When the air conditioner was on at night it was like sleeping with a motorbike reving high and low. Cleaners want to get in and out of room as quick as possible as soon as you go to breakfast, mould all in shower had to ask for more soap and toilet paper, no kettle to make drinks no TV. The swimming pool wasn't clean ducks in the pool every morning toilet waste from ducks at side of pool disgusting. Breakfast was the same every day just different version of eggs asked for toast they didn't have a toaster (which wouldn't cost much) so bread was put in frying pan instead (really just ended up soggy bread). Water cooler in breakfast area was broken so no cold water. Coffee was always Luke warm not sure if the pot was yesterdays. The location is as far as you can get from the beach.

In the morning it was a little to noise. Room doesn't isolated good from acoustic from outside. And also one level above hearing the person walking.

The villa is nice , relaxing, room was good, they have a nice pool and beautiful view and staff were friendly

Breakfast options were limited, it can be a bit noisy if people are training in the gym area .

the breakfast was good and staffs were friendly also the bed was comfortable but my favorite was the pillows they were just perfect for me

the toilet was really dirty and disgusting… the room was so dark because two of the four lights didn’t work.

One of the best and most comfortable places I’ve stayed at in Bali so far. I can’t wait to be back here! Beautiful villa, kind staff, and the owner is an angel 🙏🏽😇🤍

Staff are quite nice, the pool is also nice but has a very strong smell of chlorine.

This is not a hotel and we felt totally misled by this, we can see the property has commented on other reviews saying that the 5 star rating is due to reviews, but some of the information states it is a hotel. Despite booking.com stating we were upgraded, our room was absolutely tiny, and the bathroom was not very clean. Towels were horrendously worn out, we could not use them. Breakfast is poor, and there was no breakfast on Sunday, which we were not told about. There was nobody around to help us check out. While not the property's fault, we had very noisy neighbours late into the night. We had to sign rules to be quiet after 10pm, so it is a shame we had to endure this impacting our sleep. If you don't have your own transport, it is very isolated, there isn't very much around, and the road feels dangerous to walk on. All of the food places around have food poisoning referenced in Google reviews. We felt totally misled by the page and considered leaving early. There is much better value to be got elsewhere in Bali!
