Very comfortable, well-appointed, quality property. Close to the beach. Lovely views. Staff were very quick to respond to questions. Recommended

Location, pool and terrace, architecture, amenities (even filter coffee provided and filters for the coffee machine which is very rare), room temperature (very pleasant even without air conditioning!), person responsible was replying very fast and trying to find solutions immediately

The apartment we were given (number 1) was not the same as the one it seemed we booked in booking.com but had similar amenities. We preferred the one in pictures for the things I list below. On the other hand I didn't consider it that important to make a fuss. Considering pics from their site the pics in our booking resembles the suite that is on the top floor with nice view and separate bathroom and dining area. Suite is on the ground floor almost street level so easy for someone to get in (and noise from the apartment above) The shower is in the room not in the bathroom. We didn't like this at all. The tiles in the room are slippery and with the ins and outs after pool it becomes more challenging to walk. Our 5 year.old already slipped once. We asked for one more bath mat which was provided for immediately. But in my view the tiles are not appropriate for this type of residence. Small pool is not really a jacuzzi as advertised (no jets). Perhaps it was just in our room. Again it was OK for us so we didn't raise it but IMO important for them to specify as some people may want a jacuzzi In the bathroom (WC) the lavabo stand is too narrow while there was space to built a wider tabletop., That meant you could barely leave your toothpaste. Also the ceiling in the WC is inclined as it it probably under the main staircase so tall people, beware or ask for another room (my husband hit his head there a couple of times) There was no hot water. The first two days it was mildly cold and we managed and when I raised it I got an immediate solution (they switched on the boiler). Then it was warm, sufficient for us but was never hot and lacked pressure in general. I found it strange as normally these work with solar panels. Again since we got at least some warm water we were fine. Finally, maid service we found was not up to standards matching the price and style of this residence.

Location, next to the sea in the heart of the village. Spacious room, big balcony with nice sea view on one side. Kitchen table and coffee machine, fridge etc helps with the use of space in a way that it's your typical hotel. No cooking facilities though.

Some minor details require attention. Slightly bigger bed, bathroom basin with a proper work top rather than decorative tree log that looks nice on Instagram. Some water leak from the toilet or the downstairs hot tub pump that's quite noisy (not part of this room). Fixing those minor details would provide a 10/10 experience.
