Property and Mr. Grouper business are great. The area round it is a bit rough. Also, there are minimal other businesses available in the area. Most things are about 30 minutes walk away. The staff try hard, however, and, the rooms at lovely and very clean. thanks to Jane for all her work today on our behalf.
We needed a place to stay for a night. This place was clean and very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Great location, hospitable staff and fantastic restaurant attached. Loved it. The pool is smaller than expected but the ocean is just a few minutes away.
Absolutely loved my stay. Stayed for 5 days. Clean and Huge room, Friendly staff, 12 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to Grace Bay Road. And the restaurant attached was some the best food I had on the island. I will be staying there again

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled bleach/cleaning products and I was immediately at ease. I proceeded to check out the space and kept smiling. This was probably the cleanest little room I’ve ever stayed in. And that’s a lot coming from me. Mr Groupers employees are 1 in a million! They’re kind, friendly, helpful, fun to talk too. The food at the restaurant downstairs is a 10/10, the drinks are amazing! Lots of tourist visit this local restaurant. They are right next to the popular Island fish fry on Thursday nights which is another great experience. The popular Grace bay beach is only about 7-10min leisurely walk and you’re viewing ridiculously amazing turquoise water. They took a shot with me at the bar before I left and it was awesome! Don’t forget to check out their gift shop before you leave! I’d definitely recommend staying there as I will be back!
