Hotel Florence

excellent location, in a large park, almost in the center but far from the noise, in nature among the trees.

I liked the location and the staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Avoid it!!!

They pretend to be 5* hotel, on booking shows like 4*...but it doesn't deserve even 3*. Very poor services, we arrived at 3PM, and we were waiting for the room more than 20 minutes! No one did apologized for it! Very rude staff. The breakfast is horrible, even if you don't like omelette, you must eat it, bcs there are not other choices! The swimming pool is not included and is very expensive. I think all the reviews was written by themselves or some friends.

I booked this room for my wife, I was shocked when she told swimming pool is not included with booking. This is first time in life I heard this. Guests from outside hotel can be charged for it but guests from hotel it self. I was so disappointed

Great location, very polite and helpful staff. Room itself is huge and fancy. Main bed is comfortable! Breakfast were really good too.

Massage bathtub is broken, shower falling apart, fride freezes istead of refrigirating, lights flickering in the bathroom. Everything is quite dated and poorly maintained, but it's not a catastrophy. Pool is for extra fee, matress on an extra bed is really old and uncomfortable.
