Perfect place as home base for a trip to the coast. Highly recommend for anyone!

Super easy check-in, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and super cute. We had everything we need and it's a great location one minute from the beach!

Cute, clean, comfortable

Lovely place, highly recommend. The kitchen could use a few more basics but our stay was great. If you plan on cooking, bring your own oil.

The place is cute and clean, but the experience wasn’t great. First, we booked this location in part because it offered parking, but as soon as I had booked the room I got a message that our particular room did not include parking, which was hard to find. When we arrived, we could hear every single thing in the room next to ours. We could literally hear them peeing. Between our neighbors and hearing the front gate every time it closed, I really didn’t sleep. Also, we traveled on a very hot weekend and there was no AC. Our room stayed about 80 degrees through the night. Lastly, you can tell the place is small in the photos but it was much smaller in person. We hit our shins on the bed frame more than once and I accidentally spit on the floor when brushing my teeth because I missed the six-inch sink. All-in-all, it was very cute and clean, but we won’t be back.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Surf Lodge. It’s super charming and stylish! It’s really close to the beach and you can walk to everything. The bed was so comfortable! I had the best nights’sleep I’ve had in ages. I work with the public so needed a solo beach vacation where I got to not talk, sleep and eat when I wanted to, and enjoy meals out. It’s a short drive to a ton of beautiful places and the hiking nearby on Tam is great, with stunning views and fresh air. I will recommend this place to all my clients who need a sweet relaxing getaway and who demand both all the comforts and super stylish design in their vacation hotels.

The property was very nice , so clean and the bed was so comfy. We really enjoyed the design and the look of the property. The proximity to the beach was perfect and parking was great. The front office personnel was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Lodge and hope to go back again soon !
