The caravan not as advertised. We were told it was a three bedroom with 1 double and four single beds also with an additionalsofa bed. It was not. It was a 2 bedroom with 1 double, 2 single and 1 sofa bed. With 2 adults and 4 kids this was unacceptable. When I messaged the owner he ignored my message. The caravan was not the one pictured. There was no TV. The place was dirty and there was still other people's belongings there. The shower didn't work and nor did the oven. This was disgusting. The owner replied after the holiday To say he would investigate and now won't reply once again.

Please stay away from this place. It’s full of viruses and bacteria. We stayed there for only two hours and had to leave because the conditions were unbearable. After just two hours on the sofa, we were diagnosed with scabies and ringworm. You’ll likely feel nauseous as soon as you enter. There are blood stains on the mattresses with no covers, and bedbugs are visibly everywhere. the caravan had NOT been cleaned and when addressed nothing was done so we had to clean it our self's and no one at reception at check out to address these issues. I have messaged twice about the issues with no response from the company.

The caravan advertised is not the caravan you are sent to. Full of health and safety risks not a lot for children to do on site. Still waiting on a refund as we couldn’t stay there and had to look for emergency accommodation.
GBWe stayed in caravan R6 and R7. We wanted a nice countryside feeling since we stay in a big busy city. This caravan holiday offered us everything we needed for a comfortable country escape. The caravan is situated near a river back, we had our breakfast outside every morning listening to Mother Nature and water flowing downstream.

GBWe liked caravan, location and the things for kids to play. Like toys and TV and internet.
Cleanliness can be better. Pool was not at all usable because water was so much cold even on hot summer day and it wasn't clean as well and nobody was there. The facilities didn't pick up the phone.
