Absolutely do not stay at this property. Besides the inconvenience of having no staff on property, the property is filthy dirty I will include pictures in my review to show the deplorable condition of the bathroom. Beyond that there was no hot water in the shower only hot water coming from the sink. A phone call to the staff was no help at all as my faucet was broken. Upon arrival. The pictures show that the spring that was loaded into the shower had been removed and was set aside in the shower bin.

"It served a purpose for one night"

Good proximity to the shipyard. Easy check in. Good AC.

It might be the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Take Flip-flops for the bathroom. There was old dirt, grime and hair on the floor and walls. There was just glue on the wall where a bathroom mirror should be. In the bedroom the wallpaper was more off the walls than on. Lots of cobwebs. Under the bed was very unclean. The bed sheets are too small for the beds and had come off by the morning.

On their automated machine for check-in, they did not have my name available for the automatic check-in. It was difficult to understand the woman who answered the phone. Eventually, I got in.

DO NOT stay at this place. Reception was friendly at check in, but it was clear that I was interrupting her call. I returned to the front desk to ask about the AC and Wi-Fi. There was a communication difficulty, but she showed me that the AC worked by inserting a laminated piece of cardboard into a slot on the wall. The Wi-Fi information was not correct, the username was not an option. There were many hairs on the bed, floor, and in the bathroom. I had to open the toilet tissue holder to reach the tissue. The amount of hair inside it was disgusting. The pics on Expedia are not a true representation. I wore my sandals in the shower. The toilet seat and counter top are stained. The garbage can looks like it has never been cleaned. The water in the shower is activated by pushing a button, the water flows for seconds then stops, no temperature control. The towels are very thin. There isn’t anywhere to lay or store your clothes. There is a small rod to hang a few items, but it is so low that a short dress would touch the floor. The music started booming at 9 pm. There was a bar beneath our room. I contacted Expedia about our issues and asked for an alternative place to stay. Expedia said that they would call us, but we did not receive a call. Sleeping was impossible, the music was so loud and continued until 3 am. We had booked for 5 nights. We found an available Airbnb and left the next morning. The “hotel” nor Expedia will give us a refund. So disappointed with both of them.
