Fantastic surroundings, pool and room. Staff was kind. Massive bed and bathroom! Access to rice fields to look around. As animal lovers we loved being able to watch the ducks from our balcony (room 303) and able to get up close to the koi fish in the small pond (could feed). Grounds were kept extremely well, beautiful and lush.

Access to the property was difficult… only by walking by bike or walking no cars allowed off the main road 250-300m with steep uneven hill at the start. Could offer drive to main road more (each time you leave) rather than just the one message before the booking just offering to bring your bags. Staff were often difficult to find (lack of staff) air flow in bathroom was limited had large window with no screen so bugs would come in if we opened it

Staff were amazing - couldn't do enough for us. Grounds and pool were beautiful. Central location. Would recommend.

Eine Oase mitten in der großstadt. Wunderschöne Anlage. Sehr ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer groß, lichtdurchflutet und sehr sauber. Täglicher room service ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist nur zu fuß oder mit dem Roller, die letzten zwei bis 300 Meter zu erreichen. Das Gepäck wird aber vom Personal mit Roller bis zur Hauptstraße gefahren und auch dort abgeholt. Der Service ist sehr gut. Kommunikation mit WhatsApp ist einfach.

Das Frühstück allabCart war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

L’établissement est magnifique au cœur de Ubud, tout en étant complètement en autarcie dans la jungle, un petit coin de paradis
