L’emplacement est idéal si vous cherchez quelque chose de très calme mais proche du centre ville (10 minutes en scooter). Le gros point positif est le jardin qui offre un cadre magnifique pour votre séjour. La chambre était très propre ainsi que la piscine. Il y a un restaurant ouvert toute la journée sur place et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Location de scooter dispo sur place.

I had a wonderful stay at Uma Raos. The rice field view was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was delicious and always a great way to start the day. What made the stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We stayed at Uma Raos Cottage for over a month because of an injury and couldn’t be happier with our choice of extending our stay. The place is incredibly beautiful and charming, so peaceful you don’t even feel like in Ubud centre. The rooms are very comfortable and kitted with everything you need. The staff was definitely the best part and made us feel looked after since day one.

The property is very good in terms of the view. The rice terrace scenery and the birds made my stay pleasant every day. The location is great if you're looking for peace, quiet, and calm surroundings. During breakfast, when we asked for hot water, the staff was helpful and happily served it. Overall, the property has a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings.

The location is not convenient for Grab/Gojek pickups. I had to cancel rides twice because the GPS couldn't figure out the correct route to the property. Drivers who followed the correct signboards arrived without issues, but it was very much a hit-or-miss experience. The service was not terrible, but it was definitely underwhelming. For example, despite staying for 5 nights, the housekeeping staff never changed our towels, even when it was obvious we were out of the room during cleaning. There was no floor mat provided in the room. On one occasion, the room was cleaned but the tea bags were not replenished. We were quite tired that evening and couldn't request more because there was nobody at the reception around 8 PM. I was surprised that water refilling was not available outside of during breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It was barely filling and could hardly be considered a proper breakfast. Initially, I thought this was just a Bali-style breakfast, but after staying at another hotel in Uluwatu, I realized that much better breakfasts are available elsewhere.
