Travaux ( surment le paysagiste ) juste devant notre logement, le matin il y avait du bruit …les matins ….

Tout été parfait

La situation près de la plage .Le concept des bungalows et les équipements .Le restaurant est bon et les petits déjeuners sont très corrects. Nous étions en début de saison le lieu était calme ….

La qualité de la literie serait à améliorer

For me the best hotel in Olbia its calm has a restaurant has a private beach, you are separated from other rooms and people and have your very own privacy. It truly feels like you have youre very own house in Olbia infront of the sea. Everyone was very nice aswell

All was perfect

The property was not ready to open for the season and shouldn’t have been. Zero facilities. Only on our arrival were we told that the bar and restaurant were closed all week. Literally nowhere to buy even water and literally the only guests there, surrounded by builders and maintenance staff- even measuring and digging around us on the beach and using power tools. Initial complaint went unaddressed. Door to property broke so we had to sleep in an unlocked property barricaded by chair as we felt vulnerable down the long road in the dark with no staff or other people present. Second complaint when we asked for a refund still didn’t even generate an approach from Management. We never got an apology. No Manager ever spoke to us- choosing instead to leave Reception as we entered, so their poor Receptionist was left to talk to us (The 2 women on Reception were sympathetic, accepted they were simply not ready to open but clearly had no authority) . We were so incredibly disappointed in the “resort” (think glorified campsite but without facilities) and the lack of response that we asked for a partial refund for the nights we would not be staying and decided to leave halfway through the week . Still no apology. Special holiday made very stressful and spoiled. And no compensation received at all.

Joli établissement, parking et wifi à dispo et même dans mes chambres. Facile abec une cuisine et un frigo également. C’est très proche de l’aéroport sans nuisance sonore. Personnel très agréable et flexible
