"Poor!"

Location good.

The damp through the walls, broken furniture, no terrestrial TV, rusty microwave, cracked plaster and generally poor finish and decoration. Very poor value for money, for what we paid.

Open kitchen, lounge and dining area. Main bedroom was very large with a large en-suite.

Two upstairs bedrooms the velux windows didn’t open and didn’t have blinds

"Great value for price"

Place was very spacious, had every facility we needed and it was very close to the town center so it wasn't far to travel anywhere at all. Host was very quick at responding and the instructions for check in/check out were very clear. For the price, the value is amazing!

The key would sometimes get stuck in the door when unlocking/locking it.

Central to Douglas which has an exception public transport for all round the island

We stayed for the TT and found the location perfect. We could walk into Douglas via different routes and walk to Bray Hill and Braddan Bridge in 1/2 hour. 😎

"Pleasant"

The location is easily accessible and within a short walk to the centre of town. The layout of the flat is nice. Open plan.

It was cold when I arrived. Basic heating (portable oil radiator) which hadn't been on to warm the place. So I arrived and it was cold and smelt slightly damp.
