I liked the property. The staff were very nice, attentive, and patient. The apartment building is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, and it was easy to walk to the beach. My only concerns were that the transporation service they work with is pricey, and there were issues with communication between their bank and my U.S. bank which prevented me from using my debit card to pay my hotel balance. I rectified the banking issue by using the ATM at another North American bank, and settling the bill with cash. My two recommendations are that they set up a website with a page wherein payments can be made online via a number of payment options: card, Paypal, Zelle, etc. I also encourage them to renegotiate the transportation fee. I travel extensively and it's unexpectedly high.

Stayed 2 nights at this property, 11/11-13/24. After checking in, I did not see anyone at the front desk until the morning I left. The room was on the ground floor and pretty clean. However, the bathroom wall had a wide full height crack. No telephone or hair dryer in room and no one at front desk to address these issues. No complimentary coffee or tea at this location, told it was not a hotel. Security was good for the time we were there. Appears to be more of an apartments type building. Not conveyed by the Expedia at time of booking. Light from the high window and noise from rain on the roof prevented comfortable sleeping. Room was not cleaned for the days we were there. In my opinion, the rooms are over priced since there are services provided. Issued were brought to the attention of the hotel staff prior to departure.

Loved the hospitality and convenience! This is my second stay at the property and I wasn’t disappointed 🙏

Wonderful customer service. Organized my transport etc. Possibly the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. A bit dated shower; but clean and well worth the money.

Property is very clean & nice & staff are very helpful Sanchia , shellon & Michelle very nice & helpful staff will be staying there again when I return ☺️

I stayed for one week in a single room, it was very spacious and clean. However, when it rains it is very loud and kept me up at night. The water in the shower also was not hot. Still a great place to stay, just maybe avoid the ground floor.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend this facility. The staff were very helpful and caring.

I had an amazing time. My studio was so nice and clean. The property workers were so respectful and polite. Everyone was so welcoming when I arrived. The best thing and favorite thing I enjoyed was the rooftop it was so relaxing and calm.

Need balcony
