Not a lot.

Broken sewer vent pipe venting sewerage gases below the roofline into the courtyard. (I have photos)Dirty overgrown courtyard with insect filled rubbish bins.Rear area stinks of sewerage due to the vent. Broken remote for TV. Worn out couches worn out mattresses. Filthy front door. I could go on. I would rate this place as pretty rough.

Very lovely design and comfortable bed and sizeable rooms.

We found mold around the kitchen and some part of the living room. The kitchen had a smell to it as well

Location was good, near to where we wanted to be. Sofa’s uncomfortable as it was hard to get up from them as they were so worn,squashy. Downstairs bed mattress was uncomfortable (hard)and was a small double instead of a double bed.
