The house is very comfy and gorgeous; room very clean! Shaeriff was very responsive and the $100 deposit exchange (and refund) was convenient (using Zelle). I really enjoyed the southern style house! Definitely recommend for a unique Atlanta stay.

Great owner, good sized room with a fully functional kitchen. My room had an ensuite making it great for a 1 week stay. About a 20 min walk to some lovely areas

Not too many restaurants close by so I had to DoorDash. I did discover some awesome restaurants this way however

The room I stayed in was affordable, functional, and offered excellent value for money. I especially appreciated the owner's prompt responses to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Atlanta.

Occasionally, short beeping sounds came from a device above the room’s entrance. While this was not a major inconvenience, I suggest the owner check the device to ensure future guests have an even more comfortable stay.

I actually felt very safe with the keypad doors! Having the TV, and fridge was very nice! Me and my friend didn’t make much use of the kitchen because we were out and about but it seemed nice. It was a great location! Not more than 10-15 minutes away from all the attractions we went to and airport.

How late the earliest check-in time is (6 PM). There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom so we kept having to go to the kitchen to throw stuff away. Only 1 plug was free since all the others were in use for the wifi box, fridge, tv, and lamp, so perhaps some extension cords. Having a check-out policy/process would’ve been nice so that we would know how to leave the property.

Owner told me the DAY OFF my trip that there's a $100 security deposit. This hit my budget and I was not and am not happy about it.
