The Pandora Hotel

Good location, but at the top of a steep road, so may not be ideal for everyone. I'm sorry to say that the bed was really uncomfortable. I could feel springs in the mattress. The shower was a trickle. The cleanliness was poor, I had to wash the cups before I made tea because you could feel the gunge around the edge.

Spectacular garden and sea views, walking distance from St Peter Port. (Uphill) Breakfast, good choice, well presented. Convenient bar and restaurant. Attentive, accommodating staff.

The staff are amazing. They will do anything to make your stay good. The food is good and the dining room very pleasant. The gardens are amazing. Would stay there again, just because of the staff. The hill to the port is a little daunting. Ok to walk down. A bit harder to get up 😳 we caught the 95 bus to the top of the hill and walked down. There are always the taxis I felt a lot fitter when I came home from all the walking. I will have to keep it up 😂

Comfortable, well-located with excellent, friendly staff and great food

This is a gem of an hotel could not find any faults been in four star hotels that aren’t as good as this. Will definitely use this hotel if we get back to Guernsey .

Good location - hill not a problem at all. It’s a beautiful old building. Breakfast was great. Only 4 stars not 5 because the rooms are quite noisy - but it wouldn’t stop me rebooking.

The hotel was clean and the gardens beautiful. The staff were very friendly. It is situated at the top ofa hill and may be difficult for those with walking issues although there is a daily shuttle service available. The hotel is next door but one to Victor Hugo's house on Guernsey

Loved our room and bed was comfortable. Pillows not great and coffee terrible

Garden oasis with stellar view. Convenient location to visit Hauteville House. Courteous helpful staff.
