Cleanliness and secor.
A lot of things out of order. For a property that is only about a year old, this should not be happening. One coffee machine, the pancake machine, etc. Very poor sound insulation. Something was seriously wrong with my shower door as it wouldn’t stay closed. One lady at front desk had a real snotty attitude.

"Being unfamiliar with the territory I got lost twice wandering around Rhinelander.. hahaha"

The breakfast was very good, nice variety.. cinnamon rolls were excellent!! the facilities were beautiful.
We had prepaid for our stay.. the young lady that checked us in , ran my card again for an additional $350 .. it was taken off at check out but it might be a training issue..

Could hear neighbors upstairs and next door. Sound proofing was poor between rooms.
