The hotel appeared to be fairly new construction. The location and room was great. The only issue was with the heating/cooling unit. It had a thermostat on the wall, but the temperature was meaningless because the unit either cooled too much or not enough. Set at 65 the room was too cool and set at 67 the room was too hot, so clearly the thermostat was not working! There was also not an option to have continuous fan, but it proved to be quiet enough that the continuous fan was not needed to cover noise from other guests. Breakfast was great! I loved the three types of mini omelets and the Oikos yougurt choices.

Super clean and quiet. Unfortunately, we had requested our room to be refreshed on day 2, which included towels, trash dumped and the beds made. We had requested this on day 1. We were attending to our business plans on day two and did not return until 9 pm or so. Our room had not been touched all day. The front desk up our calling them, indicated some staffing issues. We had to go down to the front desk and grab a few towels to get through the night. A nice hotel stay was dampened a bit by the lack of attention.

Room was clean and fresh. Love the Dove products and having a microwave and fridge. Good breakfast.
We tried to book directly with the hotel, where either the hotel or the national IHG agent tried to add on an additional $35 “recovery” fee to the rate. We booked at Booking.com with no additional fee.
