Cambria Hotel Waco Univ Riverfront

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Convenient location to the Zoo and nature.

The property is so clean and the staff was great - loved the pool area! Having BLVD on site was such a bonus. Top notch food and cocktails. Amazing!

Spacious room, drove 7 hrs straight to get there so I liked that they had a restaurant there. Excellent restaurant. most of the staff were friendly, except for 1.

Rooms are large and clean. Service is very bare bones. Housekeeping did not show up to clean during my stay, despite several requests. It was hard to get water and the hydration station on my floor was broken. One of 2 elevators was broken, making for long waits. Hotel did not communicate well and staff wasn’t very professional or friendly. I would not stay here again.

When I checked in, they had a local 10.oo charge for cleaning for a one-night stay. Outrageous,not disclosed when made reservation. It was a hassle to find another place in evening. I will never try and stay there ever. No manager to talk with.
