USThe hotel is easy to get to and the staff friendly. I have stayed here many times, this time I found it not up to my expectations of cleanliness.
The toilet didn’t flush so had to walk three flights downstairs. When I mentioned this to the front desk she sent someone to my room…with a blanket. When I took the blanket to the front desk she offered to change my room. The new room had little curly hairs on the bed so I opted to stay in the room w/o working toilet.
