Friendly staff

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait too long. I got in at 5:30 pm and It is understaffed. I saw the same perso. Manning the front and getting luggage for people and attending issues outside with the fire place… there needed to be at least one more person

Location to the Ark Encounter. The breakfast was great as well!

Nothing, stay was great! Front desk attendant was fabulous and gave us a great dinner option!

"Clean, friendly, new hotel. No coffee in the rooms."

Breakfast: Good selection, great flavor in the cooked food.

No coffee in the room! There was a sign posted where the coffee pot used to be stating that the customer had to walk down to the lobby to get coffee - this was a "plastic savings policy". This is a game changer and is total BS. Please think about the inconvenience that this program causes to people trying to start their day!!
