Excessive noise: The noise persisted all day despite my earlier complaint to the staff directly which nothing changed and making the stay very uncomfortable. Food quality: The food options were poor. w were told the food would not be spicy, yet it was, and overall it did not cater to everyone on the boat. Unexpected food charges: A few days before check-in, we were asked for dietary requirements, but there was no mention of extra payments. On arrival, We were asked to pay an additional 2500 India rupees for food on the spot, which was not communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency was confusing and questionable, especially for the food offered on the boat. Additionally, we paid an extra 1000 India rupees for a fish dish from an external vendor that was not included, once again. Cleanliness issues: The pillow had a stain, the bathroom was dirty, and the boat overall was not clean. Misleading listing: The boat did not match the pictures shown on Booking.com. False description: The listing stated “Deluxe Houseboat,” but the accommodation did not reflect a deluxe standard. Poor experience: We barely got to see the river, and the constant noise made the experience far from what we had hoped. When we tried to seek help, the boat manager was unavailable for two hours (we only learned later they were on break, which was okay but no one communicated this information to any of the guests). During that time, the only workers present could not speak English and were unable to assist us. When the manager eventually returned, we explained our concerns and decided to leave, but instead of resolving the issue, they showed us multiple rooms despite our polite refusal and clear request to leave.

Very disappointed coming from USA. One towel for two people. If you take chicken for meal you were not allowed to get vegetarian potion. Never seen that before. No activities on the boat. Not worth the price Not worth the

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A bit noisy in the morning when staff yelling out to each other, more fresh fruit and juice would be nice for breakfast.
