The apartment exceeded our expectations — it looks even better in person than in the photos. It's incredibly well equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday, including beach chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served). Since the closest supermarket is roughly 15–20 minutes away, having a car makes things much easier during your stay.

Appartamento n.2. ben curato con affaccio sul mare, silenzioso e fresco. Cucina dotata di tutto quel che serve. Acqua potabile grazie ad un depuratore (sull'isola normalmente l'acqua non è potabile). Bene arredato e confortevole, praticamente sul mare. La Lajita, dove si trova l'appartamento, è un piccolo centro tranquillo per chi cerca silenzio e relax. Ottima posizione per visitare la penisola di Jandia

Purtroppo la mancanza totale di professionalità del gestore ha reso problematica la vacanza. Partiamo dalla pulizia inesistente, cucina sommersa di formiche. Spazi esterni lasciati al degrado più totale. Per finire con l'evento che ha deliberatamente rovinato la vacanza: all'arrivo (Domenica ore 15) faccio presente che la doccia è completamente bloccata e inutilizzabile (essenziale per una vacanza al mare), il proprietario mi rassicura che avrebbe inviato un tecnico il giorno dopo: non arriva nessuno. Lunedì faccio presente che il problema persiste e mi dice che il tecnico è passato, ma che la doccia era pulita e libera; che è presente uno stura scarichi nel ripostiglio e che se voglio, posso provare a usarlo io per risolvere il problema. Allucinante! Martedì, lo contatto nuovamente e mi dice che sarebbe passato lui personalmente a risolvere il problema. Il nulla più assoluto. Dopo 3 giorni con doccia inutilizzabile, decido di andare via richiedendo almeno un rimborso per il disagio causato e la vacanza rovinata. Nessuna risposta. Definire il tutto vergognoso è un complimento.

Die Lage (abseits vom Tourismus) und der absolut traumhafte Ausblick aufs Meer, das Meeresrauschen in jedem Zimmer. Die ruhige Umgebung, der schnelle Weg zum Strand (dunkler und steiniger Strand). Die Terrasse in Apartment 3 war unser Highlight, da wir fast alleine waren, konnten wir ungestört alles (Innenhof, Waschmaschine) nutzen. Der Vermieter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut zu erreichen. Die Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche war top.

Die Wohnung ist okay ausgestattet, jedoch sind einige Gegenstände (Schuhschrank, Stühle, einige Küchenutensilien, Fliegengitter) in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert und etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Apartment 3 ist nicht barrierefrei, man muss eine enge Treppe zur Wohnung hoch gehen. Die Mikrowelle führt ein Eigenleben ;) wenn man Glück hat funktioniert sie, wenn nicht, dann nicht

Wundervolles Appartement!

An unbeatable view and the serenity of the location are the best attributes of this place. Apartment lovely furnished and comfortable, especially the bed! Wine and water as a welcome pack were very much appreciated as well as the coffee capsules. Great apartment for a couple and anyone looking for peace and quiet.

No basic kitchen necessities like sugar, salt&pepper, which is a pain when you have to buy it for a 4 nights stay. Lighting in the living room was way too bright, we used a terrace lamp instead. Kitchen hood didn't work neither mirror lamp in the kitchen.

The property has an idyllic location … less than 400 metres to the village yet totally private with fantastic views.

Unit 3 is marketed as the Royal Suite but compared to last year we felt some of the equipment is in need of repair / replacement. The microwave controls have a mind of their own, the telescope doesn’t work and the sun-bed towels are past their best!
