die Einrichtung des Zimmers, keine Möglichkeit sich abends hinzusetzen, wenn es draussen zu kalt ist, man muss immer die Rollos unten lassen, die Couch in der äusserten Zimmerecke hat kein Licht zum Lesen, Küchenzeile nur eine Steckdose für Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Putzmittel direkt drunter, kein schöner Anblick , wir konnten den gebuchten deluxe -Status nicht nachvollziehen
