The apartment style decor, everything has been thought about, amazing technology with the TV, soundbar, keyless entry, location and pool is great too. The apartment had 2 showers and a jacuzzi bath. Great Location and the scooter rental delivery to the apartment was great too, 100k per day

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Nothing the room was unliveable . Toxic mould , dirty , odour and very bad roof leak that my son tripped over and hurt himself . The people managing and owning it are scam artists and ignore complaints and any requests for help.

BEWARE ! I wouldn’t let my dog stay in this villa . It’s leaking , mouldy and terrible quality and total opposite to what you see on here . Owners are absolute scammers

We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so bad. Just be prepared to be jolted with the zapping sound now and then! Haha. But we got used to it. The staff were all very friendly and chatty and we really liked seeing a smiling face each morning when we stepped out and at the end of the day when we return. We opted not to have housekeeping throughout, but it was nice that they regularly checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. We liked the location, as well, it was near a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, and a walkable distance to Pererenan Beach. We took morning walks to the beach and it was really nice. It’s also near the shortcut to Canggu (we rented a bike) so we could commute easily to Canggu and to other areas of Bali. All in all, a great location and nice property to stay at!

Lovely New building that is in a fantastic location walking distance to all the lovely restaurants and beach . The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make you stay a happy one .

I wasn’t a fan of the entrance of the property and the pool but that is just a personal one and also the spa on the balcony looking over the river isn’t really appealing to me .

The room we stayed in was like a house! Very cute!
