The property location was fairly good and an easy 20 min walk, which we didn't mind considering the other options in city centre which were astronomically expensive.

It wasn't very clean and walls were very thin. During our stay, other guests were very noisy and all the doors were very squeaky despite our best efforts to be quiet. Guests were coming in and out of the house at all hours including 2-3am. Every time someone entered the house, we could hear the digital pin pad from our room (room 1) which was located right by the entrance. One night, a new guest checked in at past midnight and continuously rang the doorbell and banged on the door knocker non stop for 15minutes. Not sure what happened there but when I messaged the property manager saying we were quite concerned and obviously worried, he responded curtly that there was nothing to worry about and didn't seem bothered that we were all woken up in the middle of the night. The bathroom was quite dirty when we checked in. There were also rules about not cooking in the house so we could only use the oven and microwave to heat things up. All the cutlery and dishes were quite filthy and baking sheet was caked in fat and dirt. We cleaned up everything we used and left them decidedly cleaner than when we found them. Despite the strict rules about not cooking, there didn't seem to be any rules around asking guests to be quiet and be respectful of other guests. We found it very noisy every night we were there and didn't sleep very well. Bed was ok, pillows were very used and old.

Ir was near were we had to go .it was spotless.

Good value for money and staff are helpful

The inside was clean and kept well, except for the sky window would not close and the blind on the window would stay open, bathroom on second floor was nice and clean

As mentioned the window in the roof would not close, the street was undergoing huge works and made it very difficult to park with no notice of this before arrival it was unhelpful,

We called for checkin time(without asking early checkin), he said you will have checkin instructions at 1:30pm by message on your phone. We arrived at 1:30pm and there was no info. We called him and he said “there checkin policy and you have to wait until 3pm”. He completely ruined our 90 minutes. Don’t trust what he said about checkin. Also room was dusty. Clean bathroom is the only plus.

The television was excellent, the washing machine was OK, the toilet and bathroom worked well, and communication with the owners was good.

Location in a crappy street, the bed was wonky and the mattress not comfortable, it was not clean (I even found hairs on the cushions), low facilities, quite noisy and people smoking under our window, in the morning you hear loud planes taking off, cracks and broken tiles make much noise, the kitchen was not clean, i.e. even sticky drawer handles and the cutlery was not clean, low-quality furniture.
