Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. Our ground-floor bedroom faced the back, overlooking a pool and patio area. Breakfast of latte, cappuccino and croissants. We asked for boiled eggs, which helps my diet. Kim, kindly complied and added fresh figs and pears! She gave us suggestions for local spots. Unfortunately their restaurant is temporarily closed. When it re-opens, it will be a great addition! Attention and care - made for a great vacation.

If I could give this place an 11 I would. The castle is gorgeous, the owners were so friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendations for the area which was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the spa and the outdoor area as well.

If I could give the family who owns this place 10 stars I would! The castle renovated on the inside to be a small boutique hotel with free spa services even in your own room if you so desire and pay a little more. For what you get this hotel is nothing to be skipped over. Individualize breakfast, beautiful proper, sweet and kind owners. Although outside of Rome by about 45 mins well worth it if you are traveling especially for anniversaries or honeymoons! I hope to go back someday and I will tell everyone I can about this hidden gem! Thank you!

It was really neat and clean and you can see that they thought about the little details, and the staff is really nice

The location is a bit problematic, most of the restaurants close early and there is not much where to eat
