BGNew houses with enough light, comfortable beds and I really liked the terrace and green area. The beach is through the road - 2-3 min away walking distance.
They were not very cooperative when it comes to simple requests (not enough forks, plates and missing broom) - we asked couple of times and never got them. Also they never clean the house (we stayed for 7 days) and only once bring new towels after asking for multiple times.

Bathrooms were a bit small and wifi was not working from time to time; recommend leaving a vacuum cleaner if the house is being cleaned every 3 days. We were 5 adults with 2 kids and 2 dogs so we required more frequent cleaning and having a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful

BGExtremely clean, new, it has everything you need. Air conditioning works so well that you can get cold. Nice terraces. The beach is close, the town is close enough for a walk and far enough to walk a bit after overeating with delicious food.
The internet is just.. HORRIBLE. Looks like the problem is with Ofryniou's communications as a whole - bad reception VERY SLOW speeds. If you plan to stay longer or you have to do some work - this is not the place. The closer to Kavala - the greater the speeds. The other thing - some of our neighbours were complaining that we use two cars (normal for a villa with 3 bedrooms) so I didn't understand where it is stated that we cannot park 2 cars.
