Rooms Kingswood

Over priced for location, unsafe plug sockets, noisey and the biggest lie is free parking, we had to park on a street 15 minutes walk away, nearest car park is only available for 4 hours, still £20 in a taxi to Bristol city centre, pay the extra and stay there dont book this hotel.

I couldn’t gain entry To the hotel As the internet went down. It was very late so i had to slerp In my vehicle I was promised a refund ive still not received It. Please advise

Overpriced and terrible condition. Arrived at accommodation having not been sent codes to gain access to property. Took an hour on customer services for someone to give me the codes. Originally I was told I needed a booking number from hotels.com and I’d have to call them (for reference hotel.com don’t provide a booking number and the itinerary number didn’t work). Eventually got someone to find the booking without it after 3 calls. None of the lights in my bedroom worked. Not a single one. Not even the bedside light. The bathroom light worked but a loud fan came on as a result. The bathroom had no soap or any amenities. Just toilet paper. The shower was mouldy and the shower tray was rusty (see photos). You could hear a lot of noise from the other bedrooms and at 5am the lorries unloading into the Iceland at the back started which made it impossible to sleep (it sounded as if they were being thrown off the truck you could hear them so loudly). Have requested a refund for the two nights I had booked, although I only stayed for one (booked somewhere else after the first night). Yet to hear anything back a week later.

Entry code for doors did not work . Called the helpline that was no help after finally geting through . Parking not as listed as despite speaking about the parking with the kyo employee who helped me access the main door and room i got a parking ticket !

Very nice room for the price . Unfortunately at 5am it for very noisy in the hotel with people banging doors and talking loudly

Room is okay but no towels supplied so had to go buy our own and also bed is very uncomfortable and small.

Really enjoyed are stay will come back again perfect for kingswood

Poor hotel wouldn’t use them again. Would expect much better for the price.

On arrival, room hadn't been cleaned. Previous guest still had their body shape in the pillows and duvet. dirty towels left in bathroom and rotten food left in the bin. Basically the room hadn't been cleaned. As this hostel is unmanned there is no actual human being to contact.
