Hotel rooms were clean and modern. Food was good. Staff in the restaurant were polite and helpful, which made our dinner experience good.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. So if you do not have transport arranged, then it would get very difficult to get by. The complete surrounding is under construction. Staff at reception was not very efficient, except for when they had to charge money. We booked both dinner and breakfast but staff didn’t explain anything. We had to ask all the questions and would then receive short replies, and figure out rest ourselves. Travel desk communication was not clear. We were assigned a driver with car for 2 days for sightseeing but behaviour of the driver was very intimidating. He always demanded money for food and snacks. This was not formal part of payment agreement but the driver on both 1st and 2nd day would just stop the car at restaurants saying that he needs to eat and then would demand money. On second day, we were just very close to the temple, but then the car was stopped and driver said he needs to drink tea, on which we requested, that it would delay us because our slots were booked between 11:00-12:00, but he still went out of the car drinking tea and we missed the slot, but we didn’t know if we should confront because we were with family and elderly. Same repeated during lunch time. The car was parked in front of a restaurant where we didn’t want to eat, so we decided to remain in the car, and let the driver go to eat and then the driver would ask for money to eat, which we had to pay. This all gave a very forced feeling and didn’t make us feel safe. I am putting this here, because this transport was through hotel travel desk and the payment was also made to the hotel for the travel.
