ARTOTEL Cabin Bromo

Good dining options, location, and especially the staffs. On the first day we had a mini heater that sounded like helicopter taking off, when we asked for replacement, the staff sent one to us within 5 minutes. Also they were very helpful and attentive on other stuffs.

The exhaust in the room could be quite noisy, we had to turn it off at night.

Modern, luxury cabin and hotel with wonderful views (not of the volcanoes). Fantastic breakfast buffet with multiple choices. Clean and comfortable! Kettle and hairdryer and heater provided.

Llegamos de noche y lloviendo. Las indicaciones a las habitaciones no están claras y nos perdimos por el camino. El personal no nos acompañó a la habitación Instalaciones pobres

Echt, gun jezelf deze accommodatie als je bij Bromo overnacht! Het was in één woord fantastisch. Wij hebben 1 nacht uiteindelijk verlengd tot 3 nachten. Het uitzicht vanuit de cottage is waanzinnig, de locatie is perfect om Bromo te bezoeken (wij hebben deze overdag bezocht ipv 's nachts) en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was ook goede Wifi. En ja, er zitten inderdaad wat vlekken op het beddengoed zoals je bij andere reviews leest, maar laat je daar absoluut niet door tegenhouden. De cottages zijn brandschoon en we hebben geen één insect in de kamer gehad. In vergelijking met wat ik bij andere accommodaties lees komt dat niet veel voor. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het in de nacht flink afkoelt. Als je een bijzondere Bromo ervaring wil, dit is de plek!
