The hotel has great amenities in the room. Staff at the resort are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome

We had pre-arranged our check in time but when we got there, we were made to wait for an hour at the security hut on the side of the road for the shuttle to the hotel. This was at 21h00. The staff on duty apologized and tried to make up for it but the central administrative staff that run the lodge did not care at all. Despite not asking for a late check out, we received a message at 11h30 saying we will be charged 50% of the accommodation fee should we check out between 12h00 and 13h00 with no consideration if the fact that their check in was so poorly managed

It was a very interesting stay, quite futuristic with all the digitalised tools you could find in the little house. Definitely eco friendly. Nice views of the town of Manado from above and beautiful garden area surrounding all the little houses.

It didn’t feel very hospitable to me to be honest. Everything was DIY including the check in and to my surprise even the food! The restaurant was only serving french fries and plain noodles and when I asked for the French fries the staff told me they were out of stock! And then when I asked about the dinner menu they told me that they only provided the ingredients for the meals and I had to cook the food myself!

Tolle Lage mit irrem Ausblick und sehr originellem Konzept. Die Cabins sind klein aber durchdacht aufgebaut und das Specials wie das Panoramafenster sind schon außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war extrem hilfreich was allerdings auch nötig war. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt, allerdings außen herum gibt es in Laufweite nichts, ohne Auto geht also gar nichts, das sollte man/frau zumindest wissen.

Bei schönem Wetter ist die Lage genial, bei schlechtem ist man/frau allerdings schon sehr isoliert, den Berg zur Anlage hochkommen ist ohne Vierradantrieb dann schon eine Kunst. Der Whirlpool war eingeschränkt funktionsfähig aber nur noch Hilfe durch das Personal und hatte definitiv schon bessere Tage. Wir haben recht oft auf das Personal zugreifen müssen, um Sachen zum Laufen zu bekommen. Das Essen vor Ort hat eine minimale Auswahl und wirkte extrem teuer für das Angebot (außer Tütensuppen etwa), extern Essen ist also quasi ein Muss.

we love the beautiful scenery of the mountain, the bay, and the island... and also the compund itself. The quietness suits our needs. The staff are helpful. Moreover the location is pretty close from the airport and also the city center.
