A beautiful place at the foot of Mount Rinjani. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The lawn was mowed every day, and the noise was a bit disturbing for a place like this.

Check-in was relatively straight forward if you download the app in advance. Staff was helpful to help us as it was pouring when we checked in. Room is small but there is space under the bed to store luggage and bags. Very clean and comfortable bed. We were able to take a quick shower for two people.
