Personnel très prévenant. Une mention particulière à Radwa de la réception et à Gamal au 3eme étage.

"Very good break."

The staff were excellent. Mr Tamer the manager was very approachable and there all the time. Rashed for rooms cleaning was very polite and hard working.

"Super schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal"

Das Hotel und die Zimmer an sich waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein kleines Kind dabei und haben uns stets sehr willkommen gefühlt und das Personal hat sich auch liebevoll um unser Kind gekümmert

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an dem schönen Nordküstenstrand sondern an einer Lagune. Man kann durchaus innerhalb weniger Minuten zum schönen Strand laufen allerdings ist der Strandabschnitt, um an den schönen Strand zu kommen sehr verdreckt und es liegen Schrauben und Glas im Sand. Außerdem stehen einem an dem Strand keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung
