The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort

Breakfast each morning was great, lots of variety and the staff especially Salma were so welcoming. Room was spotless and the E butler service was an amazing addition, very prompt and could not offer more help to us. We dined in most of the restaurants during our staff and every meal in the half board menu was superb. All of the pool guys who offer towel and water were so friendly and however busy always made sure we were ok.

My only recommendation would be to reconsider placing families in the rooms above Coya. For 2 out of our 4 nights the loud music from 9pm on Thursday and Friday night until midnight/1am was slightly disrupting the sleep of our 7 month old.

For the sweet that we had booked the level of clean was not totally acceptable. We had to call them multiple times just to have the stream room properly clean while we were outside. They don’t clean the room properly and then the room ended up being dirty. secondly washrooms had a severe civic problems, so there was a smell returning from the washroom due to which we could not use the washrooms for most of the time of our stay Aunty hotel but overall apart from that external facilities, Swimming Pool, etc., were very good location was very good.
