Modern clean city centre easily accessible

The facilities on campus were great, a shop, bars and eateries available next to the accommodation blocks. The staff were excellent, we had a few issues and they sorted everything promptly for us and were really friendly. Easy to travel into the city and really nice surroundings.

We had a few issues with the wrong rooms being assigned and not being cleaned when checking in. We also found that most of the showers in our rooms weren't draining properly and therefore flooded out into the room and corridor

Public transport links not easy to understand.. the site very large and initially hard to navigate

The location is excellent for attending a conference on campus and is well appointed for accessing food outlets and a convenience store. The latter has a broad range of convenience food and sells gluten-free bread. The apartment set up means you have access to a fridge and kettle in the communal kitchen.

I'd sent a question in advance about dietary issues and never got a response. It was odd that my room had a little basket of biscuits and hot drink sachets but no drinking mug. I had to buy one at the shop. If having a powerful shower is a deal breaker this is not the accommodation for you.

Es war spannend in einer Studentenunterkunft zu nächtigen. Man fühlt sich dadurch selber wieder jung. Sehr ruhig,wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Man kann vor Ort einkaufen und noch etwas trinken gehen.

Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche ist nicht so besonders,aber für wenige Nächte durchaus ausreichend.

Staff are amazing and site is brilliant.

Kettle was broken

Dentro il campus dell’università e collegato molto bene con i mezzi pubblici

La doccia senza soffione quindi sprizzava dappertutto, al ricevimento mi hanno detto che “è normale che sia così” . Il giorno della partenza l’acqua non c’era. Non ho potuto farmi la doccia né lavarmi i denti!!
