Clean, comfortable, suitable for those who are attending an event at the UCD, but also accessible from the city center.

No soap to wash hands, housekeeping must be more frequent for this value, no coffee machine in the shared kitchen, the shower design is a little uncomfortable, To sum up, a dorm room like this shouldn’t have such a hotel room value.

Easy to access, free parking. Shuttle bus to Dublin horse show which was my reason to travel. Shop, bar restaurant on site. Calm and quiet surroundings.

Staff, mostly students, with very little knowledge of basic questions I posed around my stay. Sadly generally disinterested & not helpful. 3 out of 4 at reception on arrival were overly engrossed in their phones. Possibly staff taking these positions for the summer need to be better trained….. plus leave their phones at home. No bath mat provided & the shower is part of tiled floor, no shower tray. Just a shower curtain. Water went everywhere… of course it did! And no bathmat! Shower was pretty brutal, no pressure & lopsided, if you had thick hair it would have taken a couple of days to wash it and you certainly wouldn’t have ever managed to rinse it as well in that time frame. You’d need to be doing handstands to wash other areas 🤣 No tea towel provided to dry ware. No bowls for cereal ( we had our weetabix out of saucepans!!) Apt had 2 mugs, 2 small glasses then 2 each of cutlery, side plates, dinner plates but no bowls!! Bare minimal. No bottle or can opener and no instructions on how to use the utterly mystifying hob (gave up in the end)

Nice, clean room easy access, quiet at night, good facilities nearby, i.e shop & restaurants

Would like a little more equipment available in the kitchen &definitely needed cleaning equipment
