Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la alberca muy limpia. Solo las chicas comentaron que había mucho ruido. Pero las instalaciones, todo bien., la ubicación genial.

No recomiendo el lugar para eventos. Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la atención y la falta de comunicación del personal. Nunca respondieron mis llamadas cuando los necesité ni resolvieron mis inquietudes. Habíamos acordado en el contrato el uso de la sala de juntas para mi evento, y yo incluso avisé a mi equipo que se realizaría ahí. Pregunté si debía cubrir algún costo adicional y nunca recibí respuesta. Sin embargo, al llegar, me informaron que habían dado preferencia a los policías hospedados, dejándome sin el espacio acordado. Me mandaron al restaurante, pero resultó que no pertenece al hotel, sino que está rentado por otra persona, algo que nunca me informaron. La encargada de ventas me aseguró por mensaje que podría usarlo de forma privada, pero el dueño no estaba enterado, lo que causó un momento muy incómodo y bochornoso. Yo estaba dispuesta a pagar por el espacio, pero la falta de comunicación fue total. Además, la actitud de la chica del restaurante fue muy prepotente. En general, una pésima atención del personal.
