AUI booked an 8-night stay here, Ocean’s Edge Luxury Suite, but the room had a major plumbing issue that ruined the experience. The shower drain was not working, so water would pool up and flood the area outside the bathroom during every shower. I notified the staff and a technician came to check it, but the issue persisted throughout my entire stay. It is quite unacceptable to leave guests dealing with a flooded bathroom for over a week. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the rooms.
