Water in shower was not hot.

Your front desk clerk seems as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world besides at work. No smiles, no warm greetings, nor pleasantries. Out of anything dealing with her, I would never want to stay at this hotel.

It was clean and was near good restaurants and shopping areas.

The property had roaches and stains on the bed comforter

The location was good, upgraded room.

The breakfast consisted of yogurt, cereal, eggs, bagels, mini muffins/toast, and gravy. The waffle batter was clumped, sour, and the staff member did not change it out, the batter remained on the bar. The pool is inoperable. The bed sheets were stained and the bathroom was half cleaned. Housekeeping made the bed, did not empty the full trash can, and brought replacement towels 4 hours later.

Clean, very nice.
