El aire acondicionado

Pésima la calidad de la limpieza, sabanas y alfombras sucias con olor a cigarro.. , una ventana rota, mucho ruido al rededor, baño muy incomodo ( sale toda el agua para fuera ) Además de pasar los 2 días sin wifi y el personal sin solución

La décoration et la sécurité (vue la résidence est fermée et en surveillance 24h / le personnel a l’écoute et très réactif

La situation générale en ce qui concerne le propreté c’était catastrophique y compris les draps / le sol meme ils ont meme pas nettoyé les toilettes y compris la poubelle Les infos préciser dans l’annonce concernant la proximité la distance au centre ville n’est pas exacte

The toilet where completely leaking, the water from the floor is leaking to the hall, not hygiene as well, completely disappointing, also there where no electricity in the night time

No hygiene, water on the floor from toilet, no electricity in the night, toilet door lock was not working properly
