The address on website is not correct, the photographs are not accurate, the property was filthy of dust, dirt, dead spiders and cob webs. Broken fixtures throughout, really run down. No parking, on a main road. Not ideal for 2 women and 3 children to stay. We didn't bother staying there. The host has not refunded our money after I explained the condition of the property and sent them photographs. Now making a legal claim.

After staying with the hosts, they ghosted you because it's about the return of the pending payment.

Host went above and beyond to ensure the guests had decent accommodate, very close to QE Hospital. Very simple instructions to gain access - the key was extremely secure. That was important to the guest. House was super clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable - "best night sleep" Highly recommend! Outstanding service.

Spacious house

Broadband was not working. We reached at night and reported this soon. Got a reply that the engineer can visit the next day to check the issue. But our plan was to visit various places in and around Birmingham, we weren't there to stay at the house all day. This meant that there was no broadband during our entire stay. So, the feedback is to ensure thst everything is working before guests check-in. Moreover, the dishes and utensils in the kitches had a layer of dirt on them.
