"I wouldn’t be too unhappy if they had just refunded the money for having to stay in a different room than we booked."

The front desk manager was very helpful when we had to ask for help multiple times. I like that there were ski lockers and the location.

It was not the room I originally booked and I made an agreement to stay here for a discount. I never got refunded the difference. The fireplace would not turn off and the room got unbearably hot and we had to call maintenance. The code to the ski locker was wrong so we had to ask the front desk for help.
