"No 5 at 53"

The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern with private parking. Close to the town centre but nice and quiet. Pam is a brilliant host! She also left us some very tasty treats. We chose Leek as it's only a short drive to Alton Towers, we are already talking about booking the apartment again.

"A beautiful apartment if you can climb 30 + stairs but not suitable if you have mobility issues."

The apartment itself was lovely and well equipped. It had good private parking and was near the town. The host had left us treats and she gave us a gift voucher because of the problem with the lift.

This property was on the third floor of the building and it stated it had a lift and was suitable for disabled guests. We found out a few days before the lift was out of order and could not be fixed. The host said she did everything to put this right but it could not be done. My husband is mobility disabled and my daughter is unable to lift heavy items. I am 62 and had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs and back down again when we left. It was a struggle for my husband so we only left the apartment once in the day. We found out from another tenant it had been out of order for 6 weeks and all bookings should of been advised of this well in advance. We could have found somewhere else if this had been the case and all of the stress and effort could of been avoided. The apartment should of had all the amenities it stated on the booking information which it did not. Anyone in a wheel chair will not be able to access the apartment while the lift is out of order.

The apartment is beautiful, lots of lovely stylish touches. Really well equipped, everything you could ask for and more. Immaculately clean and well organised throughout. Very clear, helpful and timely communication with the owner.

"Love Apt No. 5 ❤️"

A beautiful apartment that has so many nice touches to it. The hosts, Pam & and Tim, really do go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. We used it as a base for visiting Alton Towers but, also discovered some great places in Leek too. Will definitely, definitely stay at No.5 again 😊❤️
