4BR/3Bth family cabin with a hot tub, sleeps 14

Very family-friendly. Kids loved the outdoor activities. The Smores kit was absolutely fun for them as well. We had two families and there was enough room for each family to sleep and move around. Never felt crowded. Enough privacy for each of us as well. 10/10 would book again. Felt very safe, didn't feel sketchy at all. The adults loved that we could relax while the kids enjoyed themselves. The cabin is close to the little city, so everything was right there, and didn't have to drive very far to get to the places we wanted or needed to.

Wouldn't say that I don't like it, but there are a lot of potholes on the cabin sites. So an SUV or truck would be recommended for traveling here.

Thank you so much for the amazing perfect spot to enjoy my birthday with my closest family. We were able to relax and chill without any noise and just pure tranquility! Definitely appreciate all of the small thoughtout things provided within the cabin. Everything that you can think of was provided, I truly enjoyed our stay! The number one compliment was how comfortable the beds were!!! Everyone slept amazing and at peace. When you get a chance please send the information for the mattresses…. I would love to purchase them for my household! Me and my family will for sure be back!

We loved everything!!

Large useable space with plenty of beds and rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of silverware and appliances and plates etc. The checkout instructions were clear and not complicated.

There were ladybugs everywhere. I'm not talking 2-10 probably closer to 50. The facilities were run down, things like the labels needed to be replaced, the light fixtures dusted and the silicone around the bathtub faucets needs to be addressed. The toilet seats have seen better days, and most of the amenities just needed general repairs. The chairs outside, the batteries need replaced in the door locks, and bathrooms could use a deep clean. Big turn offs were the ladybugs, the toilet seats and NO FIREWOOD, even after confirming with the owner 3 times.

Deers came around, lots of trees and was at a distance

The roads are horrible so just be carful. lots of lady busy in the bed on the carpet but owner says it’s normal due to the weather I stayed in Jan. We left 5 min late, (I txted her around 8pm the day before if we could get out late but she responded almost the next day saying no because other guest were coming) a lady guess and a young girl drive so fast into the property didn’t even say hello after speaking to her and just walks in, even when asked questions it’s like she didn’t even want to respond until one of my friends told her she didn’t have to be rude and that’s when she responded. I know im in Oklahoma and brown but geese a hello would’ve been appreciated, a response, a grace period of 10 min atleast. I accidentally left something and unfortunately it wasn’t given back even though I know I left it there. I guess the cleaning crew or the owner kept my stuff. I had to contact booking customer service in order for them to respond. it took me two days to hear back if my item was found. Just to hear that it wasn’t found. Fast respond.,but only to what they want to and things they can actually fix, if not they will just ignore. Great place if u don’t mind cleaning dishes and putting them back, throwing trash, lady bugs and 0 grace when leaving, accident my leaving ur stuff and not being return. Watch them take my review down lol

The cabin was great and very comfortable. It had pretty much everything that we needed from the kids' toy room to the tv entertainment and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. It was easy to get into the cabin once we had the code. The fire pit and S'more kit were amazing. The hot tubs' temperature was perfect and very relaxing. Outside tv entertainment played loud enough that you could hear it by the fire pit if you wanted to watch a movie or listen to music while by the fire. Overall, I'd rate it 9.5/10.

The roads getting to the cabin aren't the best if you plan on driving a car. I'd suggest going in a truck or big suv. The cabin had a few things that could have been cleaned better, but overall, it wasn't bad. Also, we did have a few ladybugs inside the cabin.

The cabin directly across the street had a group of people there our last night and they played very loud music and were screaming until 1am or so.
