Suite 10 - Sleeping Giant Hotel - Pen Y Cae Inn

The room is bright an relaxing an spotless ,the bed is comfortable bathroom is spacious an clean too,,hot tub is a bonus although it takes a while to heat up but that isn't a problem just an observation 😀 the pub is lush an the foods amazing too we love it there an will 100%return

Second time here an still couldn't get the heating on but was easily sorted by paula who was happy to help

There was nothing we didn’t like

The room was contemporary, comfortable and clean. All the food we had in the pub restaurant was excellent, however, we didn't have breakfast, as the time slot was too early. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very generous sized room.

More information on the hot tub (ie the wood burning heater) at the time of booking/before arrival would have been useful, as it was a bit of a surprise. I would have preferred more separation/privacy of the terraced/patio area directly outside. Going in to the future - a mini fridge would be very useful for keeping drinks cold etc.

It was clean & in a great location.

Really big room and shower, plenty of space to put your stuff away. Sofa to sit on, outside furniture too. Very big and comfortable bed, good quality duvet. Body wash and conditioner in the shower. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Very quiet. Loved the outdoor tub. Super friendly stuff, always helpful, nice food. Zoo next door really amazing.

An absolutely gorgeous chalet - really lovely. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff who were extremely helpful.

I could not quite understand why a mirror was on the dressing table but no plug available for my hairdryer - I had to move the mirror (which was portable) and put it on top of a footstool on top of a suitcase in order to dry my hair from an available plug.

The whole stay was excellent just couldn’t have been better we had a fabulous time everyone was so friendly
