The toilet on the main floor had a toilet seat that wasn’t attached and the toilet itself wasn’t attached correctly to the floor. Every time the toilet was flushed it smelled of horrible sewer gases. The kitchen was filthy and the sink smelled like it had rotten food in the disposal. A chair in the dining room had a broken leg. The dishes were dirty. There was a dog next door that barked constantly. The smell in the house was so bad, we left in the middle of the night and headed home. I contacted the property manager the first night and all they said was, “we’ll let our cleaning and repair staff know.” It was not a good experience!

Located a few blocks from a grocery store and 15 minutes from WSU campus for graduation made it a great location. The house was a great place to relax and spend time visiting without roommates or having to sit on beds in a hotel room. Being able to cook meals in the full sized kitchen definitely helped with cost and convenience. Clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to reach for questions and a binder clearly outlined information needed during the stay,

The location was great for things to do. The grocery store close by was nice as well as the liquor store. The house was nice size and was comfortable for us on our stay visiting our son who's stationed there. We would stay again the next time we visit!

Liked how warm and comfortable the house was - also only 2 blocks to a supermarket. Conviently located.
