Great breakfast, very kind staff and great location too.

L'hôtel était très bien placé à 5min du métro qui amène à la gare de Nagoya. La chambre avait les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. J'avais lu un commentaire Booking indiquant qu'ils avaient eu des problèmes avec l'envoi des bagages depuis l'hotel, dans notre cas la réceptionniste a été très aimable et serviable

Les chambres sont un peu ancienne et la poussière n'était pas super bien faite dans certain endroit de la chambre

Прекрасный чистый отель в хорошем месте. Метро рядом. Множество ресторанчиков рядом. Хорошая компактная комната, но места для всего вполне хватало. Хорошие завтраки, приятный персонал.

The breakfast was amazing and it was in a great location close to everything you could need. The amenities were the best - including toner and face cream and oil.

The room was a bit small however there was under bed storage. The bed was not too comfortable and the lobby was not too clean. Lobby and building is a but outdated I organised for some of my luggage to be shipped to my next hotel, however the staff member did not call the property and check that they accept luggage - which they did not. I did try to contact the property to let them know and I was ignored. I was scared and didn’t know what to do - I eventually got it redirected to a post office. I then had to get a cab from the post office to my hotel which was a bit pricey. I messaged the hotel a couple of times and still no response!

The staff and location were great 👍 the facilities were simple and clean.

The bed was firmer than I am used to so it took a couple nights to get comfy.
