1. The host is friendly and helpful. He offer to drive us into the condominium. 2. The facilities are awesome, including free massage chair, free indoor children playground, paid bowling alley, giant chess set. My kids like them very much. They gave 5 stars for facilities. 3. The location is strategic, nearby all the places we like to explore, including Gurney Plaza, Lotus Tanjung Tokong, Hainan Western, morning food court etc. All within 15 minutes inclusive traffic jam.

1. The condominium is not allowed for short term rental or homestay. It creates some inconveniences, such as (a) our car has to be parked outside condominium, inconvenient for elderly to walk and also moving luggage (hence host offer to send us in using his private car); (b) you may feel like a thief under spotlight of security when going in and out the condominium. Overheard some residents complained about the homestay guests, so felt a bit awkward; (c) if utilising the paid facilities, we need to register using unit owner name. We were lucky for the first time booking but not in second time. The management questioned us about the relationship with owner. Furthermore the unit owner name is not the same as host. The management already gave warning to unit owner not to do homestay, hence we not manage to book second time. 2. We believe that the unit is overloaded because there are a number of defects in the unit. (a) we checked in at 330pm, there is no electricity supply for the first 90 minutes. We have to escape to lounge for the air con. The host claimed is TNB issue. (b) the air con in master room is malfunctioning on the first night. Felt like in a sauna room. The host promised to bring technician next day 3pm but they only came after 5pm. After fixed for the first round, they left. After an hour, the air con is not functioning as expected. So we called the host again around 7pm. He asked can come tomorrow because they hard to find spare part at that hour. But we said how could we sleep without air con. So they car again around 8pm. They had to use the spare part of the living room air con. Hence no more air con in living room but luckily still have a fan in living room. Furthermore the air con in the living room was leaking water. (c) After the technician cleanse the air con in the common bathroom, they left the dirt of air con on the bathroom floor until the drain was stacked and water can’t flow out. I have to clean it myself as already 10pm.

The facilities were great. Lifts were fast with great emphasis on privacy.

Banners stating 'Homestays are not allowed; violations will be penalised' were everywhere. Even the host specifically texted to remind us not to mention anything about homestays. Guards frequently patrolled the area with management staff. I felt like a guilty person — it was not a comfortable feeling. On the last day, when we asked the guards to open the gate since we had returned the access cards to the host, they even looked at us suspiciously.

The apartment was wonderful. The facilities, there is a bowling alley, karaoke room, pool table and so many more.

Evrything was good, but only if there were more pillows on the bed. 1 per person not enough.

We liked the three bedrooms, good air conditioning, good view, private entrance, location

One of the mattresses had been flipped over so the couple slept on the springs the first night. We flipped it back to the right side and there were traces of human excrement so we scrubbed it and used a hair dryer to clean. That was unpleasant. There were five of us, and bare minimum of kitchen dishes (four cups only, small plates, two bowls, not enough silverware or cooking supplies. Four bath towels and no hand towels. Would like to have had instructions for washer/dryer and oven/stove as different systems we were used to in the US.

Hope prepare more extra empty bowl.

Location was great. Apartment was exceptional. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. All the amenities we could wish for. Great owner who booked us into a hotel at his own expense when the power supply failed even though it was not his fault. We will endeavour to stay here when we return again. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.
