Perfect location very clean quiet beautiful apartment

Everything was perfect. Lots of lovely little touches makes the stay even better.

It's a fantastic apartment, in a great location, and in an amazing city. We had a great stay at Julieta's apartment, with great communication from Julieta before and during our stay. We love Alicante and would definitely stay in this apartment again if it was available. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment

This is a fabulous apartment, really well furnished and equipped. Lots of little touches that other places don't provide e.g. dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, face flannels. It's very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, so many things are a few minutes walk away. Juliette was a great host, always ready to offer suggestions and help with questions...even though she is in China!

For future guests, I think it would be helpful to have complete clarity about the accommodation. There are TWO bedrooms - one has a super king bed and the other has two double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area. There is a bathroom which has a toilet, basin and a great walk in shower. There is also a separate toilet with a basin. Final room is a kitchen which is really well equipped. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with the super king bed. There are no other outside areas. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift with opens right by the front door plus stairs.

Location and facilities were perfect. Host was always available and helpful. Would recommend to a family or group of friends in a heart beat. Two toilets really useful... three separate double beds and a large sofa bed a luxury tho it wd be a squeeze for more than 4/5 people. Just a great apartment, location and host. Thank you 😊

One party found it difficult to sleep on street side as noisy ... so bring ear plugs if u r a light sleeper. One set of keys were not easy to use to open the main gate. Other than that no issues at all.

Clean, modern very comfortable property with lots of facilities.

Perfect location, close to everything like restaurants, bars, shops, the famous promenade and the beach. Clean and spacious apartment with good beds, nice bathroom and extra toilet room. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, there are even a couple of beach chairs you can use.

During the weekend it was quite noisy outside, the bedroom at the front took in the noise.
