Tower 5-2722, K3 Staycation at Grass Residences

It has enough space for family of 4, very close to the mall, just downstairs where you can buy everything you need, Very helpful owner fast to respond about your concern.

Not that clean when they arrived, Apartment seems old but good enough for short stay,stuff is old but usuable, not enough kitchen things for family of 4, small rice cooker and only 2 cups and few plates . More on like a hotel not an apartment bec of limited stuff inside the place.

Comfortable place to stay and a good location with walk way to the shopping malls.

The central rubbish bin area for the tower could do with better cleaning.
